What does the Aloha Seating (Standard) include?

Open seating on banquet tables.
Shared seating.
Shell lei greeting.
Welcome cocktail and open bar.
Appetizers, dinner buffet, and Polynesian Entertainment.

What does the Alii Seating (Premier) include?

Reserved tables in the first 2-3 rows fronting the stage.
Round tables, shared seating for 8 guests.
Exclusive premier check-in line (far left).
Specialty lei (seasonal-flower, shell, kukui nut).
Welcome cocktail and open bar.
Initial appetizers tables side (family style), first to dinner buffet, Polynesian Entertainment

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 24-hour notice prior to event with no charges incurred. Within 24-hours of event there is a 50% cancellation charge. A “No-Show” will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

What happens if it rains?

A weather call is made a few hours prior to check-in. In the event of inclement weather we will move the luau to the Garden Pavilion.

Do you have a gluten-free and/or vegetarian food options?

Yes we do. Our food labels states which food is gluten-free. Our vegetarian options are: our full Kaua’i Garden salad bar, potato-mac salad, glass noodles, miso tofu salad, rice pudding, vegetable fried rice, and local wok vegetables.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes we do. We recognize a group of having 10 or more guests.

Should I bring cash/credit card with me?

We do have Polynesian artisians with crafts for sale such as fresh flower leis and haku (crowns), sarongs, jewelry, bone and wood carvings and luau photos.
